Program Manager, Supply Chain

About the role

Google is looking for a Program Manager to lead supply chain initiatives that ensure on‑time material delivery across its network locations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, develop delivery plans, and drive operational excellence for Cloud capacity forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee order management and guarantee on‑time material delivery against forecasted capacity.
• Develop quarterly delivery plans aligned with deployment schedules.
• Lead Open Order Book operational reviews with stakeholders and partner teams.
• Ensure last‑mile delivery does not become a bottleneck for network capacity.
• Meet operational metrics, maintain visibility, and resolve root‑cause issues.
• Partner with multiple stakeholders and vendors to drive daily operational workflows.
• Identify and implement project‑based improvements to support long‑term organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and order fulfillment operations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, modeling, and presentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
