Project Architect – Residential Design

About the role

Join a leading architectural studio with over 30 years of experience delivering high‑quality, sustainable residential developments across Ireland. As a Project Architect you will drive projects from concept through construction, ensuring design excellence and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from early design through detailed development and on‑site completion.
• Coordinate technical delivery, ensuring full compliance with Irish Building Regulations and local planning guidelines.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, authorities, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, progress, and adherence to approved designs.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant teams, and stakeholder communications.
• Navigate project challenges with resilience in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience with a strong residential portfolio.
• In‑depth knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, planning processes, and residential construction.
• Proven track record managing residential schemes through construction, including site inspections and consultant coordination.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organisational abilities.
• Demonstrated resilience and ability to handle shifting priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
