Project Manager (Step‑Up Role) – €70k‑€75k + Vehicle & Expenses

About the role

This is a step‑up opportunity for a Site Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator who is already operating at a higher level but lacks the formal title. You will join a specialist contractor delivering technically demanding, nationwide construction projects in a well‑structured environment with strong senior leadership support.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site activities and sequencing of works.
• Manage subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
• Ensure drawings, documentation, and work fronts are ready ahead of schedule.
• Monitor progress against the programme and address delays early.
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and safety.
• Support overall project delivery under experienced leadership.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably on structured projects such as pharma, data centres, high‑spec builds, M&E, or fit‑out.
• Strong exposure to site operations and project coordination.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to plan ahead rather than react.
