Project Manager – Hybrid role in Galway

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead digital and web‑based initiatives for our global operations. Based in Galway with a hybrid work model, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all tasks comply with company standards and guidelines.
• Oversee execution, communication, and delivery of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project templates, SOPs, and procedural documentation.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and operational stakeholders.
• Establish and manage critical project timelines and budgets.
• Collect, analyse, and report project data regularly.
• Facilitate coordination between regional leads, central departments, and global initiatives.
• Complete required company training and adhere to policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• PMI certification is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver projects in technology, marketing, sales, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
