About the role
Take ownership of your own workstreams and step into a genuine project management role within a high‑profile transformation programme. Working closely with the Programme Lead, you will move beyond coordination to delivery, managing schedules, driving actions and keeping stakeholders aligned in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage discrete project workstreams end‑to‑end.
- Own project planning, scheduling and delivery tracking across multiple priorities.
- Prepare and present progress updates and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain governance frameworks, including RAID logs, actions and decision logs.
- Build strong relationships across the business to drive accountability and momentum.
Required profile
- Organised and proactive with 3‑7 years of project management, PMO or coordination experience.
- Comfortable owning work, engaging senior stakeholders and bringing structure to ambiguity.
- Motivated to make a real impact rather than only supporting from the sidelines.
Required skills
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for clear, well‑structured reporting.
