Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will own the full lifecycle of customer projects, from requirement gathering and quotation through to execution and delivery. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the role ensures projects meet quality, time and cost targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, external suppliers and internal delivery teams.
• Coordinate and manage activities required for negotiating sales and delivering projects.
• Ensure project activities follow Crest Solutions and Antares Vision process requirements.
• Define and adjust project requirements during commercial meetings and guide customers toward suitable solutions.
• Analyse documentation, URS, NDA and samples with support from architects.
• Conduct on‑site customer meetings at the sales stage to gather and agree requirements.
• Prepare quotations from pre‑costing to issuance.
• Lead formal hand‑over and alignment meetings after order confirmation.
• Organise kick‑off meetings with planning, architecture, sales, quality, R&D and other departments.
• Produce project schedules in Leanplan, assigning resources and timing to each task.
