Project Manager – Joinery Projects (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of joinery projects from design through to handover. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee joinery projects from pre‑construction through to completion.
• Develop project programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate with production, design, procurement, and installation teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, attending site and client meetings.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, technical drawing reviews, health & safety, and project reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management within joinery, fit‑out, or construction.
• Proven track record managing bespoke joinery or interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred; joinery experience essential.
• Full driving licence required.
