Project Manager – Renewable Energy Construction

About the role

Greenvolt Next is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of renewable energy construction projects from planning through commissioning. You will oversee schedules, budgets, contractors, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and construction teams to meet milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
• Lead on‑site construction teams, including subcontractors, and foster a productive work environment.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations through inspections and audits.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, creating contingency plans as needed.
• Control project costs, forecast expenditures, approve vendor contracts, and seek cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, utilities, or renewable energy sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams.
