Receptionist – Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our Dalata hotels. You will ensure smooth check‑in, provide information and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Register guests, process payments and update their information in the system.
• Respond to guest inquiries about in‑house facilities and local attractions.
• Maintain security of room keys and manage reservations.
• Take and confirm reservations for guests.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and stay calm under pressure.
• Desire to deliver high‑quality service to guests.
• Experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desirable but not essential.
