Recruiter – Early‑Career Hiring (13‑month contract)

About the role

This contract position supports Microsoft’s EMEA Global Programs by leading end‑to‑end early‑career recruitment in Ireland. You will work remotely, partnering with hiring managers and programme stakeholders to attract interns, graduates, apprentices and research talent.

Key responsibilities

• Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct first‑round virtual interviews.
• Plan, organise and run assessment centres and campus‑or virtual hiring events.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, negotiations and candidate closure.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure a strong, inclusive candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance with local employment, visa and discrimination regulations.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and hiring data.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, specifically end‑to‑end university hiring.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring interns, graduates or apprentices.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• GitHub sourcing experience (preferred).
