Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates in technology roles for corporate clients.
• Achieve measurable sales targets and contribute to team revenue growth.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and mentors to refine recruitment techniques.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team events to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Current or former teachers, teaching assistants or language instructors seeking a career change.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a drive to progress quickly.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented mindset and willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment.
