About the role

GPC is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its dynamic team in Sandyford, Dublin. The role is ideal for an ambitious, confident individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief through to placement.
• Develop relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Source, interview and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Create job specifications for client roles and work closely with senior consultants to maximise opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous recruitment, sales, account management or business development experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and target‑driven with a proactive communication style.
