Archer is looking for a Procurement professional to transition into IT recruitment. You will receive full 1:1 mentorship and a step‑by‑step training programme that equips you to own the end‑to‑end delivery of top‑tier IT talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to placement.
• Apply procurement‑style vetting and stakeholder‑management skills to assess candidates.
• Drive process efficiency and meet performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand talent needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain or a similar corporate function.
• Excellent communication skills and a resilient, coachable mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fully on‑site office setting, Monday‑Friday.
