Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a busy HR function and support end‑to‑end recruitment across a diverse, fast‑paced environment in Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities for a variety of positions.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, assessment centres and interview processes.
• Administer assessment tools and support selection decision‑making.
• Handle recruitment administration including scheduling, correspondence, references, medicals and onboarding documentation.
• Support workforce planning, hiring projects and partner with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support diversity, equity and inclusion objectives.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum two years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑volume or fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational, planning and project‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
