Regional Brand Portfolio Director – Chocolate & Snacking Bars

About the role

The Regional Brand Portfolio Director for Chocolate & Snacking Bars will own the long‑term growth and commercial strategy for an iconic bars portfolio across Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, the Baltics, Turkey and Central Eurasia. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Vice President, you will drive annual growth targets, lead a team of five marketing professionals and coordinate a cross‑functional brand community spanning multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and govern regional brand‑building strategies for the portfolio.
• Own and deliver annual regional growth targets for a $2 billion net‑sales portfolio.
• Lead and coach a high‑performing team of five direct marketing reports.
• Align and influence cross‑functional stakeholders (sales, supply chain, finance, global portfolio VPs) within a complex matrix organization.
• Partner with the Global Portfolio Vice President to shape global brand and portfolio direction.
• Monitor market dynamics, ensure strategy relevance and commercial effectiveness across 55 countries.

Required profile

• Proven senior brand‑leadership experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) sector.
• Expertise navigating multinational matrix organisations and aligning senior stakeholders.
• Strategic perspective with a track record of breakthrough thinking and long‑term product pipeline management.
• Strong people‑leadership skills, including coaching and developing marketing talent.
• Excellent influencing and networking abilities across functions.
• Demonstrated success working across diverse cultures and international borders.
