Regional Sales Manager & Director Ireland

About the role

Seco Tools is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager who will also act as the legal Director for PMT Premier Machine Tools Limited in Ireland. You will shape the sales strategy, drive profitable growth and ensure strong governance across the region while leading a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a clear sales strategy to increase revenue, market share and profitability in Ireland.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team, set targets, monitor performance and foster a culture of success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts and performance; adjust plans based on market trends, opportunities and risks.
• Manage regional budgets for fees, trials and demos, ensuring disciplined resource use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
• Act as Seco brand ambassador, upholding the Code of Conduct, values and principles.
• Ensure legal entity compliance, health & safety and effective local governance; represent Seco with authorities, industry bodies and the community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of successful industrial sales experience, preferably in the machining or cutting‑tool sector.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
