Remote B2B Inbound Sales Closer

About the role

REM Waste, a UK‑based waste management company, is expanding its commercial team. We are looking for a Remote B2B Inbound Sales Closer to handle inbound calls from trade and commercial customers such as builders, groundworkers, roofers and contractors. You will identify customer needs, close sales on the call and grow each account.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from commercial and trade customers ordering skips and grab‑hire.
• Determine the customer’s project scope, scale and requirements.
• Close the order during the call and migrate customers onto our commercial ordering platform.
• Earn commission on every conversion and upsell related products (aggregates, diggers, welfare units, chutes, etc.).
• Maintain follow‑up and pipeline in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in B2B, commercial or trade phone sales.
• Proven ability to discover, close and grow accounts, not just take orders.
• Comfortable holding consultative conversations and spotting upsell opportunities.
• Disciplined with CRM usage and follow‑up.
• Self‑motivated, works independently and owns targets.
