Remote B2B Inbound Sales Executive

About the role

REM Waste, a UK‑based waste management provider, is expanding its commercial team. We are looking for a Remote B2B Inbound Sales Executive to handle inbound calls from trade and commercial customers, close sales, and grow accounts without cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from builders, contractors, and other trade customers ordering skips and related hire.
• Identify the customer’s project, scale, and needs to tailor the solution.
• Close orders on the call and migrate customers onto our commercial ordering platform.
• Consultatively upsell additional products such as aggregates, diggers, welfare units, and chutes.
• Manage follow‑up and pipeline activities in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B, commercial, or trade phone sales experience.
• Proven ability to discover, close, and grow accounts rather than just taking orders.
• Strong consultative conversation skills with a focus on upselling.
• Disciplined use of CRM and follow‑up processes.
• Independent, target‑driven, and able to work without daily supervision.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
