About the role

We are seeking an experienced executive or operations leader to join our growing Personal and Leadership Development practice as a Remote Leadership Coach. This role offers high flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to leverage your leadership expertise while helping professionals achieve their long‑term goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one coaching sessions to senior professionals and emerging leaders.
• Design and deliver personalized development plans aligned with client objectives.
• Mentor and guide clients through leadership challenges, decision‑making, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the creation of coaching resources, tools, and best‑practice frameworks.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of 2–3 hours per day to support client engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership, operations, business management, or executive decision‑making.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
