Remote Part‑time Media Search Analyst – English (Ireland)

About the role

Join TELUS International’s AI Community as a Media Search Analyst, working remotely from Ireland. You will evaluate a wide range of digital media content and help improve search relevance for major platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of music, video, books, podcasts and other media assets.
• Analyze search outcomes for App Store content and verify query accuracy and intent.
• Conduct online research using provided tools to validate relevance and purpose of information.
• Adapt to diverse task types, including news, audio, and relevance evaluations.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Resident in Ireland for at least the past year.
• Familiarity with Irish business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs.
• Apple ID email address and experience with Apple products.
• Current knowledge of trends in applications, music and video.
• Reliable broadband internet connection, computer and relevant software.
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• High school diploma or higher (preferred).
