About the role

Join TELUS International's AI Community as a Remote Part‑time Media Search Analyst. You will work from anywhere in Ireland, setting your own schedule while evaluating a wide range of digital media content for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of music, video, books, podcasts and home‑pod media items.
• Analyze search results for App Store content and verify query accuracy and intent.
• Research online sources to validate relevance and purpose of task‑related information for the Irish market.
• Use a web‑based evaluation tool to record findings and ensure quality standards.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Resident in Ireland for at least the past year.
• Familiarity with current and historical Irish business, media, sport, news, social media and cultural affairs.
• Apple ID email address and experience using Apple products.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of trends in apps, music and video.
• Reliable broadband connection, computer and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• High school diploma or higher (preferred but not mandatory).
