Reservations Agent

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Reservations Agent and become the first point of contact for guests planning their stay. You will ensure reservations are handled efficiently while delivering the high standard of service that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations across Dalata properties, confirming dates, rates and special requests.
• Provide detailed information on hotel facilities, pricing and available packages.
• Upsell additional hotel services and sister‑property options to maximise revenue.
• Set clear expectations for guests prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check‑in experience.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm and effective under pressure.
• Previous experience in a 3‑ or 4‑star hotel is desirable but not mandatory.
