About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable advice to customers, acting as a health and wellness ambassador.
• Keep shelves stocked, maintain attractive displays and ensure promotions run smoothly.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, safety and overall store presentation.
• Complete the Qualified to Advise training to deliver expert product recommendations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and deliver outstanding results.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Passion for health, wellness and a willingness to keep learning.
• Team‑player able to multitask and stay organised.
• Comfortable using tablets for product reviews and solutions.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but attitude matters most.
