Retail Concession Manager

About the role

Forever New is seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead its retail concession. You will be responsible for driving sales, developing a high‑performing team, and ensuring the store delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Forever New concession.
• Drive sales performance and meet targets for revenue, wages and shrinkage.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop store staff.
• Create effective rosters and oversee visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain strong customer service standards and uphold brand image.

Required profile

• Proven retail store management experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Track record of achieving sales, wage and shrinkage goals.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Experience with performance management and roster planning.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service focus.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising and current fashion trends.
