FX Forwards Sales Executive – Romanian Market

About the role

Revolut is looking for an FX Forwards Sales Executive to develop and close a pipeline of FX derivatives sales within the Romanian market. You will work closely with the Sales team to promote Revolut’s FX Forward product to existing business customers and new prospects, delivering a solution‑focused sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage Revolut Business customers across the Romanian market to generate new FX Forward opportunities.
• Present and communicate the value proposition of Revolut’s FX Forward product, highlighting advantages over current providers.
• Build confidence and expertise in FX derivatives within the sales team by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of new customers.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Romanian.
• Strong telephone communication and articulation skills.
• Proven commercial experience, especially in telesales.
• Experience selling FX Forward products in a non‑bank environment.
• Motivation to thrive in a high‑performing sales culture.
