Retail Supervisor – Cork Store

About the role

FRASERS is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead the team at its Cork store. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise turnover and exceed sales targets.
• Motivate and manage the team to achieve and surpass KPIs.
• Maintain a strong shop‑floor presence, leading by example.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality customer service.
• Provide the team with tools and knowledge to meet business objectives.
• Oversee presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock according to head‑office guidelines.
• Monitor market trends, local competition, and upcoming promotions.
• Carry out additional duties within defined responsibility levels.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience in the premium sector (preferred).
• Strong people‑management, leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and sales data.
• High brand awareness, product knowledge and awareness of the local area.
• High personal energy, confidence, positivity and a can‑do attitude.
• Passion for fashion retail and professional presentation.

Required skills

• Base salary €38,000 per annum.
