About the role

As a Supervisor at Applegreen, you will lead the front‑line team at our Naas site, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position is ideal for someone with retail supervisory experience who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with administrative tasks to optimise store performance.
• Support sales initiatives and help the team meet daily and monthly targets.
• Motivate and coach staff, setting clear, achievable goals.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Team‑player who contributes to a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting and adaptable to new tasks.
