Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Galway

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor to manage our multi‑site operations across the Galway zone. Working 30 hours per week, you will act as the face of our fashion jewellery brands, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and customer service while supporting a team of retail associates.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent product presentation and maintain visual‑merchandising standards to maximise sales.
• Provide line‑management support, handling zone escalations and offering ad‑hoc expertise to retail associates.
• Follow operational processes and health‑and‑safety policies, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment.
• Use the company scheduling app on your mobile device to manage appointments across multiple store locations.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Confident, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to travel efficiently across the Galway zone.
• Professional personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
• Comfortable working unsupervised while following written and visual instructions.

Required skills

• Access to a device running Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
• Proficiency with mobile software and applications used for scheduling and merchandising.
