Revenue Accountant

About the role

Docusign is seeking a Revenue Accountant to join its global finance organization. The role focuses on accurate revenue recognition under US GAAP and ASC 606, supporting monthly, quarterly and annual close processes while collaborating with teams across the US and Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Review revenue contracts to ensure compliance with US GAAP, ASC 606 and internal policies.
• Perform timely contract reviews at month‑end and prepare related journal entries.
• Execute variance analysis, deferred revenue calculations and other revenue‑related reconciliations.
• Assist with internal and external audit activities.
• Partner with billing, revenue operations, financial reporting, GL and business process teams to drive best practices.
• Support special projects such as system implementations and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 3+ years with a Master’s degree).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP revenue recognition principles and ASC 606.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
