SailPoint Engineer – Identity & Access Management

About the role

AIG is seeking a SailPoint Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Dublin. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions, focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ and Java‑based integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ to meet IAM requirements, integrating with AD, Azure AD, LDAP, HR systems (Workday, Fieldglass) and other business applications.
• Develop and customize IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and entitlement management components.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Java applications.
• Conduct integration testing, enforce access control policies, and stay current with IAM best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years focused on IAM and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Strong Java programming skills and experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SailPoint IdentityIQ (configuration, workflows, connectors).
• Java development and integration.
• Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, JDBC, Exchange, Workday, Fieldglass.
• Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) and automated provisioning/de‑provisioning.
• Identity protocols: SAML, OAuth, SCIM.
• Certified SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer (required).
