Sales Account Manager – Fast‑track career from SDR to AM

About the role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to join our fast‑growing healthcare agency in Dublin. You will progress from a Business Development Representative or SDR role to a full Account Manager, managing the entire sales cycle and contributing directly to company growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and first contact to closing deals.
• Present our healthcare solutions to companies seeking to scale.
• Build, maintain and grow long‑term client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in early‑stage sales (SDR, BDR, lead generation, outbound sales, inside sales, etc.).
• Proven track record of exceeding cold‑calling and target metrics.
• Highly motivated by commission and clear career progression.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa and ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
