Sales Assistant – VILA Mahon Point (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a flexible, part‑time Sales Assistant to join the VILA team at Mahon Point. The role is centred on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers who enter the shop
• Assist shoppers in finding the goods and products they are looking for
• Process cash and card payments
• Answer queries from customers
• Give advice and guidance on product selection
• Balance cash registers with receipts and handle refunds
• Keep the store tidy and clean, including sweeping and mopping
• Deal responsibly with customer complaints
• Receive and store large deliveries of stock
• Stay up to date with special promotions and set up displays
• Show interest in social media channels related to the brand

• Service‑minded with a friendly and engaging personality
• Comfortable working with members of the public
• Confident, helpful and polite demeanor
• Ability to work as part of a sales team
• Smart appearance and articulate communication
• Flexible regarding shifts, including weekdays and weekends
