Sales & Services Associate

About the role

As a Sales & Services Associate you will support guests from around the world throughout their travel experience. You will create seamless interactions, inspire brand loyalty, and answer questions about property facilities, services, and room amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new contacts for various Marriott brands and assist guests with reservation inquiries via voice, email, and chat channels.
• Process reservation requests, respond to basic customer service queries, and support loyal‑guest programs.
• Identify guest reservation needs and apply sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Ensure compliance with policies for special reservations, loyalty guidelines, and case management.
• Provide customer service assistance, problem‑resolution guidance, and maintain open communication with Marriott properties and third‑party partners.
• Uphold company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome and attend to all guests, anticipate service needs, assist guests with disabilities, and use clear, professional language.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, support team goals, and adhere to quality standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language abilities are a plus.
• Professional demeanor with attention to detail and privacy.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb (4.5 kg) without assistance.
