About the role
Join Marriott International as a Sales & Services Associate, providing guests worldwide with seamless reservation experiences. You will handle inquiries across voice, email and chat, supporting a range of Marriott brands and helping travelers secure their stays.
Key responsibilities
- Answer guest questions about property facilities, services and room options.
- Process reservation requests and manage basic loyalty and customer‑care inquiries.
- Identify guest needs and apply sales techniques to maximize revenue.
- Ensure compliance with booking policies, special request rules and loyalty guidelines.
- Provide courteous, professional support while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
- Collaborate with Marriott properties, internal teams and third‑party partners to resolve issues.
- Uphold company standards for appearance, communication etiquette and quality assurance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
