SAP Record to Report Lead – Senior Manager/Director

About the role

PWC Ireland is seeking a senior technology leader to drive SAP Record to Report initiatives. As a Senior Manager/Director you will guide large‑scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, working closely with clients across finance, public and private sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and functional consulting on SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
• Develop project strategies to address complex technical challenges.
• Lead Record to Report domains such as Financial Accounting, Intercompany and Consolidation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and deliver large projects, assess risks, and ensure high‑quality outputs.
• Shape project delivery to exceed client expectations and internal quality standards.
• Influence client adoption of automation and intelligent RPA solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in SAP ECC FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance consulting.
• Deep knowledge of GL Accounting, Period End Close, Fixed Assets, Consolidation and Intercompany processes.
• Experience in Treasury, Tax Compliance and statutory reporting.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end SAP implementations.
• Strong capability in process design and improvement.
• Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders and drive project success.
• Accounting background or qualification is a plus.
