Scaled Customer Success Manager (French)

About the role

Notion is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager who will lead a large portfolio of EMEA customers, delivering tailored onboarding, training, and adoption programs in French. You will act as the product ambassador, helping customers maximize their return on investment and driving expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing adoption.
• Design and execute at‑scale outreach campaigns to key contacts to boost Notion usage.
• Collaborate with sales partners to secure strong product adoption and expansion.
• Identify strategic customers for seat expansion and increased monthly active users.
• Proactively engage customers who are under‑utilizing Notion and create action plans for success.
• Provide product expertise, training sessions, and workflow optimization guidance.
• Feed customer insights back to product and growth teams to shape future strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a fast‑growing software company.
• Proven success in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
• Fluent French speaker.
• Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
• Strong intrinsic motivation to be a top performer and contribute to a team.
