Schools Liaison Officer – Recruitment & Marketing

About the role

Griffith College Dublin is looking for a proactive Schools Liaison Officer to boost awareness and recruitment of its undergraduate programmes among second‑level students. You will act as the primary bridge between the college and schools, guiding students, teachers and counsellors through the CAO application process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual recruitment plan targeting domestic full‑time undergraduate students.
• Design and run a comprehensive School Liaison strategy across Dublin, Kildare, Meath and Wicklow.
• Promote Griffith College to secondary students, mature learners, guidance counsellors, teachers, parents and media.
• Organise and manage flagship events such as Schools Week, faculty “day‑in‑the‑life” sessions, Higher Options workshops and Transition Year campus programmes.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to deliver CRM, social media and digital communication campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to schools, arrange visits and maintain ongoing relationships with guidance counsellors.
• Monitor market trends, evaluate conversion rates and adjust tactics to meet recruitment revenue targets.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with strong organisational and creative abilities.
• Excellent event‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with academic faculties and the digital marketing team.
• Comfortable engaging with secondary‑level students, teachers and counsellors on a regular basis.
• Proactive attitude towards identifying new outreach opportunities.
