Seasonal Sales Assistant (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant to join our Kilkenny Design store in Killarney on a fixed‑term basis. The role involves a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends, day and evening shifts, so full flexibility and availability throughout the week are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as an ambassador for the Kilkenny brand.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across fashion, homeware, jewellery, kids, beauty and wellness ranges.
• Maintain store standards, organise the shop floor and ensure stock is replenished.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly and build strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales in your area and strive to meet or exceed targets.
