Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive global revenue growth by building relationships with enterprise publishers across EMEA and APAC. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high‑value deals, and work remotely with a globally distributed team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise web and mobile app publishers.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, industry events, and professional networks.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers, turning conversations into qualified opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand customer challenges such as revenue optimization and traffic quality.
• Develop business cases that demonstrate measurable value and align solutions with customer goals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and documentation using CRM tools.
• Coordinate handoffs to onboarding teams and sustain engagement through implementation.
• Build long‑term relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive trends with internal teams.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or account management.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and closing complex B2B or enterprise deals.
• Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (buy side or sell side).
• Strong commercial strategy, discovery, qualification, forecasting, and deal progression skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across diverse markets and cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and independence in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
