Senior Account Executive – LinkedIn Sales Solutions

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Account Executive to join its Sales Solutions team in Dublin. In this hybrid role you will drive new‑business acquisition across the Benelux region, helping customers adopt LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI‑powered sales strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Mid‑Market and Enterprise accounts, creating and executing strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
• Prospect, discover, negotiate and close new business deals throughout the full sales cycle.
• Educate prospects on the value of LinkedIn’s sales solutions and act as a trusted advisor.
• Identify growth opportunities, inspire customers to adopt productivity‑focused B2B sales methods and leverage GenAI insights.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training, coaching and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full‑cycle closing sales position.
• Proven track record of generating a high volume of pipeline and closing new business deals.
