Senior Accountant – Hybrid Role in County Meath

About the role

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing and industrial client in County Meath, Ireland. The Senior Accountant will join a well‑established finance team, working on a hybrid schedule (three days on‑site in Slane) and will be responsible for delivering accurate, structured accounting support.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensure high‑quality financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Collaborate with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders across the operational environment.
• Provide insight and visibility into financial performance for senior management.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior or hands‑on accounting role within an operational or manufacturing setting.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• High attention to detail and proactive, organised approach.
