Senior Architect (RIAI/RIBA Registered)

About the role

An established architectural design studio in North Dublin is looking for a Senior Architect / Project Architect to lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects. The role involves overseeing design, coordination and delivery across residential, commercial, leisure, educational, civic, retail, aviation and urban design sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage each project phase, including site inspections, contractor coordination, RFI responses and contract administration support.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Utilise strong technical and design expertise to contribute to successful project outcomes.

Required profile

• Registered architect holding RIAI or RIBA membership (essential).
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current industry regulations and codes.
• Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and support team delivery.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Revit.
