Senior Business Travel Consultant – French Speaking – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant who speaks French and works remotely to provide a seven‑star, executive‑level travel experience for senior leaders and high‑value corporate clients. The role blends premium hospitality service with fast‑paced contact‑centre efficiency, ensuring every journey is personalised, time‑critical and relationship‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless, proactive and anticipatory travel experience for executive and VIP travellers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, not just a booking agent, offering expert recommendations aligned with traveller preferences, company policy and duty of care.
• Manage end‑to‑end corporate travel, including air, hotel, ground transport and bespoke requests.
• Handle urgent, high‑impact travel disruptions with speed, empathy and precision.
• Maintain strong CSAT scores while meeting productivity and efficiency targets.
• Demonstrate ownership, sound judgement and accountability in every interaction.

Required profile

• Extensive background in hospitality, premium travel or luxury customer service.
• Experience in contact‑centre operations where productivity and customer satisfaction coexist.
• Ability to operate at pace, manage complex itineraries and make confident decisions on behalf of discerning clients.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Senior‑level experience in executive travel support.

Required skills

• Strong GDS experience (Amadeus, Sabre or other GDS platforms).
