Senior Consultant – Change Management & Organisational Design (Financial Services)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its FSO People Consulting team in Dublin. The role focuses on change management and organisational design for financial services clients across EMEIA, helping them shape and sustain their people agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagements across financial services clients, delivering change management, organisational design, engagement and business readiness activities.
• Produce artefacts such as Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analyses, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, Impact Assessments, Resistance Management Plans, Organisational Structure Diagrams and Performance Metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of people‑centred solutions within broader transformation programmes.
• Assist in project management and client communication to drive successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management and/or organisational design at a senior consulting level.
• Strong background in applying relevant methodologies to complex financial services transformations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivated, proactive and passionate about helping organisations navigate change.
