(Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our fast‑growing digital education platform. You will design, run and analyse A/B tests that directly impact user acquisition, activation and retention for a product serving over one million learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments across the full customer journey.
• Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap based on business impact, effort and learning potential.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, analysts and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality testing initiatives.
• Use analytics, user research, UX insights and competitor analysis to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Drive measurable improvements in conversion, acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Present findings and recommendations to teams and leadership.
• Help scale experimentation processes and increase testing velocity while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience in CRO, growth marketing or website optimisation.
• Proven track record of designing experiments that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in fast‑paced testing environments with a focus on continuous optimisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
