Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance Transformation

About the role

In this project‑based position you will partner with global accounting teams to design and deliver scalable automation and reporting solutions. The primary focus is on automating financial statements, enhancing internal and external reporting processes, and improving data accuracy and accessibility.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between accounting, tax, and FinTech teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Develop country‑specific Business Requirement documents that define scope, requirements, and address common questions from technology partners.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of project milestones and manage project timelines.
• Test automated output reports against underlying records, creating exception reports and leveraging available technologies.
• Collaborate with functional and system teams to assess the impact of automations and process changes, communicating findings to accounting and tax stakeholders.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of processes and controls, maintaining high integrity in financial reporting under US and local GAAP.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Create, maintain, and disseminate detailed project information to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information systems, finance, or a related field.
• Significant accounting experience, preferably from a Big Four firm or a multinational organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational abilities and proven capability to manage project milestones.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Deep knowledge of business intelligence solutions and experience working with large data sets.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a variety of technologies.
