Senior Implementation Consultant – RIMS (Remote)

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead complex software implementations of its Vault RIM suite for life‑science customers worldwide. The role is fully remote within the EU/UK, requiring occasional travel to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, from large enterprises to emerging biotechs.
• Design and configure solutions using the Vault Regulatory suite (Veeva Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, Publishing).
• Conduct configuration workshops, prototype, document content solutions, and manage project resources.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants and help develop consulting capabilities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience delivering system implementations in life‑science or healthcare environments.
• Deep understanding of drug development processes and regulatory submission requirements, including labeling and publishing.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure high‑quality delivery.
