Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly autonomous Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure initiatives across multi‑cloud environments. The role blends hands‑on technical execution with architectural leadership, focusing on automation, observability, and sustainable system design for internal and client‑facing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS, Azure and GCP, ensuring reliability, security and efficiency.
• Lead architecture initiatives from scoping through deployment and optimisation for both internal systems and client engagements.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Pulumi or CloudFormation.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, containerised workloads and Helm chart lifecycle.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to boost deployment reliability.
• Implement observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch and related tools.
• Collaborate with client teams to transfer knowledge and establish sustainable operations.
• Support cloud security best practices, including IAM/RBAC, secrets management and governance.
• Mentor team members and work asynchronously with globally distributed engineering teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with all three.
• Advanced expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration and Helm.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and related technologies.
