Senior IT Project Manager – Fixed-Term, Hybrid (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join a leading fast‑moving consumer goods organisation in Dublin on a fixed‑term basis. The role is hybrid, requiring two to three days on‑site each week, and focuses on delivering complex, business‑critical IT projects from initiation through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑site projects such as new store openings, brand extensions and operational system implementations.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, manage external vendors and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Maintain rigorous governance, risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior stakeholders, providing clear updates and confidence in outcomes.
• Transition completed projects into Business‑As‑Usual operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience delivering complex IT projects with full ownership.
• Proven ability to work with senior business and IT stakeholders across multi‑site, retail or logistics environments.
• Strong governance and planning discipline without excessive bureaucracy.
• Proactive risk management and decisive issue resolution.
• Formal project‑management qualification (Prince2, PMI, Agile or equivalent) is an advantage.
