Senior Manager – Private Clients Tax

About the role

Deloitte’s Private Tax team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead advisory services for private companies, owners and high‑net‑worth individuals. You will shape tax strategies across asset holding structures, personal taxation, shareholder matters, succession and estate planning, working within a global network of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver detailed, technically robust tax advice and planning strategies tailored to private‑client needs.
• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and effective billing.
• Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Research and interpret tax legislation, case law and regulatory updates.

Required profile

• AITI‑qualified tax professional with a minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience.
• ACA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience working within private‑client teams and managing multiple engagements.
• Strong commercial awareness, proactive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
